Chin-yu Chien has worked as a Machine Learning Scientist at Digital Domain since September 2018. Before that, they worked as an Interactive Programming Engineer at Delta Electronics' Research Center from December 2015 to April 2018. They also worked as a Research Assistant at the Intel-NTU Research Center of Connected Context Computing from September 2015 to November 2015.

Chin-yu Chien completed a Master's Degree in the Department of Computer Science & Information Engineering at National Taiwan University from 2013 to 2015. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in the Department of Electrical Engineering from National Taiwan University from 2008 to 2013. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, including "Improving Deep Neural Networks: Hyperparameter tuning, Regularization and Optimization," "Deep Learning Specialization," "Sequence Models," "Structuring Machine Learning Projects," "Convolutional Neural Networks," "Introduction to Deep Learning (with Honors)," and "Neural Networks and Deep Learning." These certifications were obtained from Coursera between May 2018 and July 2018.
