John Irwin serves as a Client Advocate at Digital Defense by HelpSystems, a position held since August 2021. Prior to this role, John gained experience as an intern, shadowing and assisting in both internal and external penetration tests. Additionally, John served as a Specialist in the Army from June 2013 to July 2017. Academic achievements include a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management Information Systems from The University of Texas at San Antonio, completed in May 2022.
