Rashed Alsehaly currently serves as General Counsel at the Digital Cooperation Organization since December 2023, providing legal advice and conducting research on international laws. Prior to this role, Rashed was Director of Legal Affairs at a Confidential Government entity. Rashed has extensive legal experience, having held positions such as General Counsel and Secretary of the Board of Directors at AlUla Development Company, Director of Contracts at National Water Company (NWC), and Senior Legal Counsel at TASNEE. Rashed has also worked with Chevron as Legal Counsel and served as a Legal Specialist at the National Anti-corruption Commission. Academic qualifications include an Executive MBA from Prince Mohammed Bin Salman College of Business & Entrepreneurship, a Master of Laws from Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University, and a Bachelor of Laws from King Saud University.
