Val has also contributed as a Strategic Advisor at Octane AI, Customer Advocacy Lead at Klaviyo, Chief Email Officer at Fix My Churn, and Content Crafter at ConvertKit. With a strong background in customer experience and strategic consulting, demonstrated through various leadership roles, Val's expertise lies in developing data-driven marketing strategies and enhancing customer relationships across multiple industries. Val holds a BFA in Theatre Design and Production from the University of Cincinnati.
