Katherine Tanner Chelius currently serves as the Head of Learning and Development at DigiCert, Inc. since October 2020. Prior to this role, Katherine was the Head of Leadership Development at Samsung Electronics America, where responsibilities included creating leadership development solutions for over 5,000 employees and conducting employee needs analyses. Additionally, Katherine held the position of Sr Manager/Learning Strategist at Samsung, focusing on aligning learning programs with business needs. Previous experience includes serving as the Customer Education Lead at Fannie Mae, where Katherine developed training curricula, crafted a company-wide L&D strategy, and conducted learning needs analyses. Katherine's career also features roles at the Miami Association of Realtors as Vice President of Business Development and as a Learning and Development Consultant. Katherine's earlier career includes managerial positions at Atomic Fitness, Inc. and the Florida Association of Realtors. Katherine holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Family, Community, and Human Development from the University of Utah and further education from Columbia Southern University.
