Douglas Cooper is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in digital product management and engineering. Currently serving as the Head of the My Digicel App at Digicel Group since November 2018, Douglas oversees a digital product team that supports over 3 million customers in the Caribbean, Latin America, and the South Pacific. Previous roles at Digicel include Digital Product Manager and Senior Operation Engineer, where responsibilities included managing product backlogs, conducting market research, and leading technical rollout projects. Prior to Digicel, Douglas contributed as a Software Developer at Knightfox App Design Ltd. and as an Engineer at Innovera Limited, where innovative solutions were designed for client needs. Douglas started a career in the hospitality industry as a Line Cook at the Inn at Bay Harbor. Holding a Bachelor of Science degree in Electronics Engineering from The University of the West Indies, Mona, Douglas combines technical expertise with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and product innovation.
