Ivan Baker is a Senior Wetland Specialist at Digby Wells Environmental since May 2022. Prior to this role, Ivan served as the Manager of the Wetland and Soil Unit and as a Hydropedologist at The Biodiversity Company from August 2017 to May 2022. Ivan also gained experience as a Student Assistant at SRK Consulting in early 2017, contributing to fieldwork related to a Master's project on a copper mine. Academic qualifications include a Master of Science in Environmental Science and Hydropedology, an Honours degree in Environmental Science, and a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science, all from North-West University, as well as a Fertilizer Advisory Certification from the Fertilizer Association of Southern Africa. Ivan completed secondary education at Sasolburg High School.
