Eleni Castro is a seasoned professional in qualitative research, currently serving as the Qualitative Research Director at Dig Insights since December 2019, previously holding the role of Senior Qualitative Manager. Eleni has a diverse background that includes freelance work and an impactful tenure as a Qualitative Engineer at heads up Inspiration from Information Inc. from April 2012 to December 2018, where storytelling through PowerPoint and video reporting effectively conveyed consumer voices. Additional experience includes volunteer work with Tales of the Cocktail in July 2014 and roles as Senior Research Analyst and Research Analyst at Hotspex from August 2009 to April 2012. Eleni holds a BA in Communications & Design with a specialization in Advertising from OCAD University and a Post-Graduate degree as a Research Analyst from Georgian College.
