Esther van Tilburg has been a prominent figure in the field of communication and education since September 1992. Currently serving as Directeur expertisenetwerk Communicatie, Media & Design and holding multiple roles at Arteveldehogeschool since September 2001, Esther has been instrumental in shaping communication management and journalism education. Additional leadership roles include Chairman of the Board at DIFT, a creative agency based in Ghent, since February 2023, and Chairman of the Board and Member of the Board at Billie Bonkers since June 2015, where focus lies on activating communication for social value. Previous experience includes roles as Lector Communicatie and learning guide at both EGON Hogeschool and HIBO. Esther van Tilburg's academic foundation was established at Ghent University, where studies took place from 1986 to 1992.
