Lauren Thibodeau is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success strategy and implementation, currently serving as Chief of Customer Success Strategy & Implementation at Lytica Inc. Since founding SaaSCan, Lauren has focused on enhancing revenue and improving both customer and employee experiences for scaling global companies. Additional roles include Strategist for Customer Experience & Change at Differly Inc., Advisor positions at Invest Ottawa and Volta, and mentorship of women founders through SheBoot and L-SPARK. Lauren co-hosts The Metric Stack podcast and has also been an angel investor with the Capital Angel Network. With a strong educational background encompassing degrees in commerce, linguistics, and education from esteemed institutions, Lauren is dedicated to empowering women through technology and entrepreneurship initiatives.
