Amna Al Owais serves as Chief Executive & Registrar at DIFC Courts since October 2006, where previous roles included Deputy Registrar, Small Claims Tribunal Registrar, and Judicial Assistant. Amna Al Owais has been a Registrar at Dubai World Tribunal since December 2009 and is currently the Deputy Chief Executive Officer and Chief Executive Officer at the Dispute Resolution Authority since June 2014. Earlier experience includes working as a Lawyer at Hadef & Partners from 2004 to 2005. Educational qualifications encompass a Masters in International Business Law from Paris-Pantheon-Assas University, an LLM in International Commercial Law from Kingston University, and various leadership programs at the Mohammed Bin Rashid Centre for Leadership Development and esteemed institutions such as IMD, UC Berkeley Haas School of Business, and Imperial College London, alongside a Bachelor's Degree in Law from the University of Sharjah.
