Ranjith Mahadurage has extensive experience in the automotive industry, working in various roles such as Manager of Training, Research & Development, Manager of Training & Development (Sales & After-Sales), and After Sales Manager for Service & Parts. Throughout their career, Ranjith has focused on improving employee productivity, customer satisfaction, and post-marketing strategies. With a background in technical diagnosis and repair, Ranjith has also served as an Automobile Specialist for Sri Lankan Radio & TV Channels. Ranjith is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration degree to further enhance their skills in business administration and management.
