Patrick Eckhardt is an experienced project leader with a strong background in digital transformation and organizational development. Currently serving as a Senior Project Leader at DUO since January 2024, Patrick previously held significant roles at Gemeente Coevorden as Project Leader for Digital Transformation, focusing on creating a modern and agile municipality, and managing various projects including the Omgevingswet preparations. Other notable positions include Programmamanager at Gemeente Emmen, where Patrick led intermunicipal strategic IT projects, and Senior Project Manager for Information Provision at Samenwerkingsorganisatie De Wolden Hoogeveen.
