Brian Steingraber is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in manufacturing and operations management. Currently serving as Plant Manager at Dielectric Manufacturing since October 2024, Brian has previously held significant roles at Blast Cleaning Technologies, Inc., where responsibilities expanded to include oversight of multiple departments, and at Power Test Inc., where Brian managed day-to-day operations and led various engineering and design teams. Brian’s career began in education as an Applied Engineering & Technology Teacher at Hamilton School District, and education credentials include a Bachelor's in Technology Education from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville and a Master's in Educational Technology from Marian University of Fond du Lac.
