Tiffanie Lewis is an accomplished HR technology leader with extensive experience in driving transformation and optimizing human resources operations. Currently serving as Vice President of HR Technology & Service Solutions at Diebold Nixdorf since May 2018, Tiffanie leads various HR functions, including Shared Services, HRIS, Talent Management, Learning, Onboarding, and Payroll. Notably, Tiffanie spearheaded an HR transformation initiative, implementing Oracle HCM Cloud and establishing Employee Service Centers. Prior to this role, Tiffanie held several key positions at General Motors, including Director of GBS Data Transformation, where responsibility included driving data-driven decision-making processes, and Director of Design & Business Architecture, focused on streamlining HR technology portfolios. Tiffanie holds an MBA from Wayne State University and a BS in Clinical/Community Psychology from the University of Michigan-Flint.
