Ramon Germann is an experienced professional in process management and leadership, currently serving as a Prozessmanager at Die Schweizerische Post since January 2025. Prior to this role, Ramon held positions as Jr. Projektleiter Prozessmanagement and Prozessmanager at Planzer from October 2021 to January 2025, where contributions included process development, modeling, and optimization of operations, as well as team support and training in process management. Ramon also served as Teamleiter Stv. at Die Schweizerische Post from April 2019 to October 2021, overseeing a team of over 20 employees and managing the organization and optimization of delivery areas. Ramon is pursuing a Master of Advanced Studies in Business Engineering Management at the University of Applied Sciences and Arts Northwestern Switzerland FHNW and holds a Dipl.
