Solomon Grinwald joined Didi Hirsch as Vice President of Human Resources in November 2019. In his role, he oversees a talented HR staff whose strategic goal is to enable Didi Hirsch’s to become the employer of choice in community behavioral health.
Solomon brings 20+ years of HR experience within public and private organizations, with a focus in healthcare and higher education. Solomon joins the organization from DaVita – a Fortune 500 national health care provider.
Solomon was drawn to Didi Hirsch’s mission and services and is particularly interested in children’s mental health. Solomon volunteered for five years with School on Wheels, a non-profit in Long Beach that provides free tutoring and mentoring to children living in shelters, motels, vehicles, and group foster homes.
Solomon earned his Bachelor of Science degree from Michigan State University and his Masters of Science from Chapman University.
