Caitlin Orner has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Caitlin is currently working as an Art Director at DiD Agency since September 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Designer at DiD Agency from June 2021 to September 2022. In addition, Caitlin has also worked as a Freelance Graphic Designer at Breed Science since December 2022. Caitlin had a similar role at First Up from February 2022 onwards. Before freelancing, Caitlin was employed as a Senior Designer at Tag Strategies from February 2020 to June 2021, and as a Graphic Designer from May 2017 to May 2020 at the same company. Prior to that, they worked as a Freelance Graphic Designer at the Terri Lynne Lokoff Child Care Foundation from 2019 to 2021. Caitlin's earlier experience includes a position as a Graphic Designer at Smithworks Design and Communications from May 2016 to May 2017.

Caitlin Orner obtained their Associate's Degree in Graphic Design from Lehigh Carbon Community College from 2011 to 2013. During the same period, they also pursued Fine/Studio Arts at The Baum School of Art. Later, from 2013 to 2016, they attended West Chester University of Pennsylvania where they earned their Bachelor's Degree in Graphic & Interactive Design.
