Nika Dragic has a diverse work experience across two companies. Nika started their career at Flying Tiger Copenhagen UK in 2016 as a Sales Assistant and gradually progressed through various roles, including Key Holder & Visual Merchandiser, Supervisor and Visual Merchandiser, Deputy Manager, Trainee Store Manager, Store Manager, and finally Senior Store Manager. Nika worked at Flying Tiger Copenhagen UK until May 2022. In June 2022, Nika joined Dictate.IT, part of Clanwilliam, as a Project Implementation Consultant. Nika was later promoted to the role of Junior Project Manager in June 2023.

Nika Dragic has a Bachelor's degree in Management from Anglia Ruskin University, which they obtained between 2020 and 2024. Prior to that, they completed their GCSE at Gimnazija Sisak between 2012 and 2016, with a focus on Mathematics and Natural Science. Apart from their formal education, Nika has also obtained additional certifications, including the PRINCE2® Foundation Certification Training from AXELOS Global Best Practice in November 2020, and a Project Management Diploma from Pitman Training Group Ltd., also in November 2020.
