Tanja Heid is an experienced professional with a diverse background in employer branding, marketing, and office management, currently serving as Employer Branding Manager at diconium since November 2019. Previous roles include Marketing Manager and Office and Feel Good Manager at the same company, along with Master-Student research experience at Charité from November 2017 to December 2019. Tanja has entrepreneurial experience as a self-employed ballet teacher from January 2012 to November 2019, and held positions as Front Office Manager at Nothaft & Seidel and Social Worker at Diakonische Arbeitsgemeinschaft Sozialpädagogischer Initiativen. Tanja holds a Master of Science in Clinical Psychology from the University of Potsdam and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Psychology from Deutsche Hochschule für Gesundheit und Sport, complemented by education in dance from Palucca Hochschule für Tanz Dresden.
