Arthur Lon is currently the Sr. Director of Talent Management and Acquisition at Fleet Services by Cox Automotive, a role held since August 2019, which continued following the acquisition of Dickinson Fleet Services in December 2021. Concurrently, Arthur serves as the Sr. Director at Cox Automotive Inc., contributing to the company’s leadership in fleet services. Prior to this, Arthur was the Director of Business Development at LAUNCH Technical Workforce Solutions and TrueBlue Inc. from April 2010 to August 2019, specializing in recruiting vehicle technicians for various fleets. Arthur’s early career includes positions as a Proprietary Equity Trader at Tower Hill Trading and a Sales and Service Specialist at Bank of America. Arthur holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Loyola University Chicago.
