Marc Habets serves as the Director of Organisatie en adviesbureau voor de medezeggenschap OAVM since November 2005, where OAVM provides professional administrative support through experienced freelance secretaries and offers training for works councils and secretaries in both Dutch and English. In addition to this role, Marc Habets holds multiple positions including OR adviser at Stichting Land van Horne and ZIO Zorg in ontwikkeling, as well as serving as Ambtelijk Secretaris at Nexperia, AVROTROS, Huisartsen Utrecht Stad, and Fibrant. Furthermore, Marc Habets has contributed as an OR adviser at Certe Groep b.v. Marc Habets holds an HBO degree in Personal Management, Labour Law, and Social Security from NCOI, along with HAVO from Stella Maris Maastricht.
