Angela Maria Cruz Porras is a seasoned professional in human resources with extensive experience in recruitment and talent development. Currently serving as the Regional Recruitment Coordinator at Dichter & Neira Research since May 2023, Angela previously held the role of Selection and Development Leader at Nutresa from November 2021 to May 2023. Prior to that, Angela worked as a Human Resources Business Partner in IT at Decoltec from October 2018 to October 2021 and began their career as a Human Resources Analyst at Grupo Bau from August 2017 to August 2018. Angela holds a degree from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana, earned between 2013 and 2018.
