Previously, David served as a partner at Kaplan Fox & Kilsheimer LLP, specializing in digital privacy litigation and investor protection. David has academic experience as an adjunct professor at Yeshiva University's Sy Syms School of Business, teaching ethics and legal environments in business. David founded STRAITE PLLC, a legal advisory practice, and held significant roles at Stewarts Law LLP, Grant & Eisenhofer PA, Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP, and Blank Rome LLP, accumulating extensive experience in securities litigation, corporate governance, antitrust law, and more. David earned a JD from Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law and a BA in Political Economy from Tulane University.
