Lorena Del Alamo Naharro is a seasoned professional in the client success and tourism sectors. Currently serving as Client Success Team Lead at DICE since June 2021, Lorena has progressively advanced through roles including Senior Client Success Specialist and Client Success Specialist. Prior experience includes positions at Azumi Ltd as a Reservations Agent, and at Dejavu Brands in operations. Lorena also contributed to Mundiplan as a Product and Operations Agent, where responsibilities included developing tourist packages and programming travel products. Earlier roles include Customer Data Management at NH Hotel Group and Co-founder of “Give Me A Pick!”, an alternative online music portal. Lorena's educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Tourism from Universidad Rey Juan Carlos, a certificate in Hospitality and Tourism Management from the University of California, Riverside, and training in Marketing and Business skills from EOI Business School.
