Guillaume Mas is a seasoned software engineering professional with extensive experience in Android development and team leadership. Currently serving as a Software Engineering Manager at DICE since January 2020, Guillaume supports and manages a distributed engineering team while collaborating with Product Designers and Product Managers to drive impactful engineering initiatives. Prior roles include Tech Lead | Staff Software Engineer Android and Senior Software Engineer Android at DICE, as well as Senior Software Engineer Android at Funding Circle UK, where Guillaume focused on re-architecting legacy systems and mentoring junior developers. Additional experience encompasses lead roles at Once Dating and Yummypets, contributing to architectural migrations and key feature development, along with earlier positions in freelance development and backend engineering.
