Douglas Smith has extensive experience in sales operations and finance, currently serving as Global Director of Sales Operations at DICE since July 2021, following earlier roles including Director of Sales Operations and Sales Operations Manager. Prior to DICE, Douglas held the position of Director of Finance at 4THBIN. An extensive background in the music industry includes senior roles at Bank Robber Music and Rough Trade Publishing as SVP of Operations/Finance, co-owner at The Kora Records, and various management positions in talent and event operations. Douglas began a professional journey in 1998 at the 9:30 Club and holds a B.A. in English from The George Washington University.
