Aliena Archer is an Associate Site Reliability Engineer at DICE since June 2022, with previous experience as an IT Support Specialist. Prior to DICE, Aliena worked at Bloomberg LP from September 2018 to April 2022 in roles including Service Desk Analyst and Desktop Technician, providing technical support to a large internal employee base. Aliena began a career in IT during an apprenticeship at Escape Quest Queenstown, transitioning from Game Master to Manager, where responsibilities included customer service and staff management. Additional roles include Warehouse Assistant at Campion Education and Utility Airport positions at Morris Corporation, demonstrating a breadth of experience in customer service and operational support. Aliena holds a BA (Hons) in Architecture from Birmingham City University, earned between 2009 and 2013.
