Steve Williams has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Steve started their career as a Design Engineer at Scope Communications in 1993. Steve then worked at Nortel Networks from 1994 to 1999, where they held positions as a Territory Account Manager, Sr. Systems Engineer, and Network Support Engineer. From 1999 to 2001, they served as a Regional Sales Manager at First Virtual Corporation (FVC.COM). Steve then joined ECI Telecom in 2001 as a Sr. Account Manager until 2003. After that, they worked at Alcatel-Lucent as a Senior Account Executive from 2003 to 2012. Most recently, Steve has been working at Dice Communications, Inc. since 2018 as a Business Development Manager, where they are responsible for business development initiatives in Texas, specializing in SLED industry verticals and aligning customer objectives with technology solutions. Steve's expertise includes enterprise technologies such as physical and enterprise security, voice and data networking, and unified communications. Steve has also worked on several SLED projects including E-Government, IoT, Safe Schools, Smart Cities, and Student Lifecycle Management.
