Jesús Valentín Cano has held various roles in the finance and administration sector. Jesús started their career in 1998 at Arthur Andersen, where they worked in administration until 2000. Jesús then joined Gambro as the Chief Accountant from 2000 to 2007. In 2008, they began working at Diaverum, where they initially served as the Head of Administration until 2019. Jesús then became the Finance Manager for Spain until 2020 and currently holds the position of Finance Director for Diaverum Spain.

Jesús Valentín Cano pursued their Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Audit from Universidad Complutense de Madrid between 1990 and 1995. In 1996 and 1997, they furthered their education by completing a Master's degree in Financial Audit from UNED Fundación Universidad Empresa. The field of study for their Master's degree is unknown.
