David Walton is the current advisor at Diatech Diabetes. Before this, they were the Chief Commercial Officer at AgaMatrix from July 2014 to October 2016. There, they led all global commercial activities including sales, marketing, business development, and project management. Prior to that, Walton was the Vice President of Marketing and Commercial Development at Echo Therapeutics from May 2012 to June 2014. There, they led all global commercial planning and business development/partnership activities for the company. Walton has also held positions at Johnson & Johnson as the WW Director of Global Strategic Marketing for Insulin Delivery and Product Director. Their career began at Deloitte Consulting where they were a Manager from January 1997 to December 2001.

David Walton attended Princeton University where they studied psychology and then went on to earn their MBA from The Wharton School with a focus in healthcare management.
