Brett Stroman currently serves as a Facilities Supervisor at Diamondback Energy since September 2024. Prior to this position, Brett held multiple roles at Endeavor Energy Resources, LP from February 2014 to September 2024, including Project Superintendent, Project Foreman, and Lease Operator (Pumper). Earlier experience includes a role as a youth pastor at Teen FLOW Youth Ministries from 2007 to 2013. Brett holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Management and Operations from The University of Texas Permian Basin, completed in December 2022.
