Diane Belcher has over 30 years of experience in Human Resources. Diane began their career in 1988 as a Human Resources Manager at Baja Marine Corporation. In 2008, they moved on to become the Office/HR Manager at Diamond Wipes International.

Diane Belcher holds a Bachelor of Science in Management from California Coast University and an Associate of Arts (A.A.) in Business Administration from Keiser College.
