Elgar Mokaya is a skilled Software Engineer currently working at Diamond Trust Bank since September 2024. Previously, Elgar served as a Software Developer at E&M Technology House Ltd from January to September 2024, where responsibilities included designing and maintaining high-performance software applications using Spring Boot and Angular, as well as implementing RESTful APIs.
