Chris Winters is an experienced software engineer currently serving as the Lead Software Engineer at Diamond Kinetics since December 2024, focusing on backend development for youth sports livestreaming and highlights applications. Previously, Chris worked as a Senior Software Engineer at 412 Food Rescue from August 2022 to December 2024, enhancing the Food Rescue Hero platform. Chris held the position of Digital Service Expert at the United States Digital Service from June 2021 to August 2022, collaborating with federal agencies to improve service accessibility. Previously, Chris led software engineering initiatives at Turnitin, where responsibilities included managing a distributed Application Operations team and advancing automated essay scoring systems.
