Ruud van der Kaa has extensive experience in human resource management, currently serving as Beleidsadviseur HRM at Diamant-groep since May 2014. Prior to this role, Ruud held various positions, including Voorzitter at vv Olympia '60 from October 2009 to November 2016, and Personeelsadviseur at Diamant-groep La Poubelle from January 2012 to May 2014. Ruud also worked as a Senior personeelsadviseur at both Diamant-groep Talent & Werk and 18k, where Ruud focused on workforce development and personnel services. Earlier career experience includes serving as Teamleider verzuimunit at ArboNed and as a Senior IC-verpleegkundige at St. Elisabeth Ziekenhuis.
