Aishanou Rait has extensive experience in perception engineering, robotics, and computer vision. They most recently worked at Dials as a Principal Perception Engineer. Prior to that, they spent over a year at FarmWise as a Senior Perception Engineer and two years at Starsky Robotics as a Senior Perception Engineer and Vision and Perception Engineer. Aishanou also completed an internship as a Roboticist at SchillingRobotics - FMC Technologies, where they worked on underwater solutions using SLAM algorithms and GPU acceleration. Their earliest work experience was as an Assistant Plant Manager at Indian Oil Corporation Ltd.

Aishanou Rait earned their 12th grade degree from Kendriya Vidyalaya in 2007, where their field of study included Physics, Chemistry, Maths, Computer Science, and English. In 2007, they enrolled at BIT Mesra Student-Industry Relations Cell, where they pursued and received their Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering in 2011. In 2015, they attended Carnegie Mellon University, where they earned a Master's degree in Robotic Systems Development in 2016.
