Shane Freeburg is a seasoned professional in customer support and technical service management, currently serving as Senior Vice President of Global Support Services at Dialpad since January 2018. Prior to this role, Shane held the position of Vice President of Customer Support at the same company. Shane’s experience also includes serving as Sr. Director of Technical Support at Mitel for a brief period in late 2017, and an extensive tenure at ShoreTel from November 2012 to October 2017 as Sr. Director of both Customer Success and Technical Support. Additionally, Shane was Vice President of Services at Transcend United Technologies from May 2006 to December 2012. Educationally, Shane earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from St. Cloud State University between 1994 and 1997.
