Nisha Aryal is a Compensation Specialist at Dialpad, where experience includes roles as HR Operations Specialist and Human Resources Coordinator since April 2021. Prior experience at SWBC from September 2017 to August 2020 as a Staffing Assistant involved sourcing candidates for financial services positions and maintaining communication with management to meet staffing needs. Nisha also worked as a Human Resources Intern during the same period, conducting annual benefit surveys and managing job requisitions using Workday. Earlier, Nisha served as Intern Manager/Independent Contractor at Southwestern Advantage, successfully generating direct sales and training new recruits while also gaining foundational sales experience as an Independent Contractor. Nisha holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resource Management with a minor in International Business from The University of Texas at San Antonio.
