Austin Sorich is a seasoned professional in manufacturing and engineering with extensive experience across multiple roles in the medical device industry. Currently serving as the Director of Manufacturing at Diality since March 2020, Austin also operates as an Engineering Consultant since 2008, specializing in mechanical design, manufacturing engineering, finite element analysis, and tolerance analysis. Previously, Austin held significant positions including Senior Manager of Production at Sonendo®, Senior Process Development Engineer at St. Jude Medical, and Senior Manufacturing Engineer at both Obalon Therapeutics and Walk Vascular. Austin's early career includes developing a pioneering non-invasive laser treatment for stroke at PhotoThera and managing day-to-day operations in music at Musicians Institute. Educational credentials include a Professional Certificate in Lean Enterprise from San Diego State University and a BA in Commercial Music from Musicians Institute.
