Jana Wegrzynowicz has a diverse work history in the finance and accounting field. Jana started their career in 2002 as a Cost Accountant at Church & Dwight Co., Inc. and later became an Internal Auditor in 2007. In 2008, they transitioned to Integra LifeSciences as an Accountant for a short period before joining Sleep Innovations. At Sleep Innovations, they took on multiple roles, starting as a Cost Accountant and later becoming an Operations-Finance Manager. Jana'smost recent position is as a Senior Cost Accountant at Dialight PLC, which they started in 2012.

Jana Wegrzynowicz completed their education at two institutions. From 2002 to 2004, they attended Georgian Court University and obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting. Later, they pursued their Master of Business Administration degree in Business from the same university, graduating in 2006. In addition to their formal education, they obtained a Lean Six Sigma certification from Villanova University in June 2012.
