Haris Kyriakopoulos is an experienced executive with a diverse background in leadership and advisory roles across various industries. Currently serving as Deputy Chairman at Dialectica since June 2020, Haris chairs the operating board and the remuneration committee. Previous roles include Advisor at Northern Shipping Holding Gmbh, Board Member at V.Group, and CEO and CFO at WIND Hellas. Haris has a strong private equity foundation from eight years at Advent International, where investments and acquisitions totaled approximately EUR €2 billion. Additionally, Haris held board positions at Equiniti and DFS, and gained valuable experience in investment banking and consulting early in the career. Haris holds an MBA with honors from The Wharton School and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania.
