Ruth Spinoso is an experienced professional in the food and beverage industry, currently serving as the Active Assistant Food and Beverage Director at Dial Senior Living since April 2022. Previously, Ruth held the position of CEO at Leon Valley Cafe from September 2014 to December 2021, where responsibilities included menu development, public relations, and guest satisfaction surveys. Ruth's early career featured roles as a trainer, bartender, and server at California Pizza Kitchen and as a pastry chef at Sodexo and 44 Restaurant The Royalton Hotel in NYC, where expertise in dessert preparation was honed. Ruth holds two Associate of Arts and Sciences degrees in Business Administration and Management from Northwest Vista College, completed between 2010 and 2014.
