David is a Senior Managing Director at Dial Partners and joined in 2022. Previously, David was with abrdn private equity, the £13bn AUM Fund of Funds, Co-invest and Secondaries investor.

David has over 20 years’ experience in private equity in Europe and Asia Pac, including OMERS Private Equity at inception in the London office in 2009, and from 2017 as Asia Pac Regional Head to establish OMERS PE’s office in Singapore. By 2021, OMERS PE had established a $12bn direct portfolio.

David’s transaction record includes EV $2bn of European direct investments in Healthcare and Business services, plus $300m of cornerstone commitments with GP’s in Asia.

Prior to OMERS he specialised in cross border M&A at PwC for mid-cap European PE firms on transactions in UK and Europe, including Benelux, Germany and Ireland.
