Eden Meltzer

Director of Customer Care at Dial 800 Communications

Eden Meltzer began their career in 1988 as a Secretary/Receptionist for Steven Novom, M.D. In 2000, they moved to David Scharf, M.D. as an Office Manager, where they were responsible for billing insurances, preparing reports, creating office operation manuals, training employees, and serving as a liaison between the practice and law firms, insurance companies, and medical offices. In 2010, they joined Dial800 as a Concierge Specialist, and over the next two years, they filled various roles with a variety of responsibilities, including providing demos and training to prospective clients, managing and growing high profile client accounts, and heading the Concierge team. In 2012, they were appointed as the Director of Customer Care, where they focused on ensuring that Customer Care representatives were fully trained and equipped to assist the client base.

Eden Meltzer holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Phoenix.
