Sarah Swyter is an experienced professional in organizational development, currently serving as Referentin Organisationsentwicklung at Diakonie Katastrophenhilfe since January 2021. Prior to this role, Sarah was a Project Officer for Organisational Development at the Protestant Agency for Diakonia and Development from March 2017 to December 2020, contributing to a reorganization project for the Evangelical Works of Diakonie and Development.
