Tatiana Makhankova is an accomplished retail leader with extensive experience in driving strategic growth and innovative retail concepts. Currently serving as Head of Retail Design and Expansion at Diageo since September 2016, Tatiana spearheads the development of award-winning direct-to-consumer retail channels with a focus on unique consumer propositions and digital experiences. Previously, Tatiana held key roles at PVH Corp. as Retail Franchise Manager for Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein, where profitability and efficiency were prioritized, and at adidas as Global Senior Marketing Manager, coordinating omni-channel marketing campaigns. Early career at Nike included roles such as Retail Country Manager for South Africa and Senior Retail Country Manager, where Tatiana led significant retail expansions and marketing initiatives across multiple regions. Tatiana holds an honors degree in Marketing from the Academy of Labor & Social Relationships in Ukraine.
