Neeraj Kumar R is a seasoned finance professional with a background in General Ledger and Record to Report functions, currently serving as a Senior Team Lead - GL/R2R at Diageo since May 2017. In this role, Neeraj manages balance sheet areas from a reporting and control perspective while ensuring timely resolution of issues with management oversight. Prior to Diageo, Neeraj held various positions at Accenture in India, including RTR Specialist, RTR Analyst, and Financial Analyst - GL/R2R, where responsibilities included the preparation of General Ledger account reconciliations. Neeraj holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Finance from Sikkim Manipal University and a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting from Sheshadripuram Evening Degree College.
