Hemant Sadhwani is a seasoned professional in machine learning and data science with extensive experience in the technology and consumer goods sectors. Currently serving as Vice President of Machine Learning at Diageo since November 2021, Hemant has successfully directed the development of an advanced enterprise forecasting platform that significantly improved forecasting capabilities across the organization. Previously at EagleView as a Senior Manager and Data Scientist, Hemant led the innovative deployment of "Assess," a Virtual Inspection Workflow solution utilizing Unmanned Aerial Vehicles. During tenure at SONY, Hemant specialized in machine learning, architecting the Socio-Mine analytics product for PlayStation and developing a real-time anomaly detection system. Hemant's career began with roles at MindTree Ltd., Fibcom India Ltd., and VPL Infotech, after earning a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics from Manoharbhai Patel Institute of Engineering & Technology.
