Hector Zarate currently serves as the Americas Supply Planning Readiness Owner at Diageo since April 2023. Previously, Zarate held the position of Supply Chain Director Americas at VVF Group from January 2022 to January 2023 and was the Parent Experience Program Manager at Amazon for a brief period in late 2021. From 2015 to 2021, Zarate advanced through various roles at Unilever, including DDE Global Manager and Customer Marketing Manager. Prior experience includes significant positions at Procter & Gamble from 2009 to 2015, focusing on operations management and planning transition. Zarate holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Heat Transfer from Tecnológico de Monterrey and completed additional studies at Jönköping University in 2008.
